My landscapes and botanicals capture the colors, light, and feeling of the places I've lived and visited in the desert Southwest and Pacific Northwest. Each is hand-sculpted in a clay infused with eco-friendly natural fiber and painted with layers of translucent acrylic glazes. Many are inlaid into reclaimed cabinet doors. Most have wired-in beads to catch and reflect light. They invite you to touch with your hands as well as your eyes.

Botanicals

My botanicals capture the colors, light, and feeling of plants and flowers in places I've lived and visited in the Southwestern desert and along the Pacific coast.

These are Mixed-Media Wall Sculptures that invite you to touch as well as view. They are hand-sculpted in eco-friendly clay infused with natural fiber and painted with layers of translucent acrylic glaze (most with wired-in beads to catch and reflect light and some set into reclaimed cabinet doors).
